- Create a system guaranteeing that public money invested in economic development projects is transparent and accountable to the public.
- Provide a voice for local communities when public money is invested.
- Hold companies receiving public money to their promises of job creation and taxes paid, and require refunds of public dollars if they don’t fulfill their commitments.
