We Must:
- Guarantee that four out of every five transportation dollars are used to repair, maintain and improve the efficiency of existing roads, bridges, and transit systems. New roads and bridges could only be built from the 20 percent remaining.
- Funding for sewer and water infrastructure must be
used to repair, maintain and upgrade existing sewer and
water systems, consistent with municipal land use plans.
- Protect the places that matter to Pennsylvanians by
assisting owners who want to preserve and reuse older
homes and commercial buildings.
- Update the laws that prevent communities from
transforming blighted neighborhoods.
